To earn a place on the Best of Staffing list, Ideal earned an average Net Promoter Score® of 67.9 percent that was more than double the 30 percent national staffing industry benchmark for client satisfaction. The Net Promoter Score® is calculated by taking the percentage of respondents who awarded a satisfaction rating of 9 or 10 out of 10, minus the percentage of respondents who answered 6 or lower.
